Pop-Up Hike: Monte Sano Nature Preserve

(Moderate / Around 60 – 90 minutes / About 2 miles)  There aren’t many hikes you can take at the Monte Sano Nature Preserve that don’t have significant hills, but we’re going to take one of them!  Join Hike Leader Bri Cobert as she leads her group on Bluff Line Trail starting from Bankhead Trailhead.  The group will go out for about a mile or so, then turn around and come back on the same trail.  The lack of hills makes this hike appropriate for elementary-age hikers.  You’ll walk past limestone cliffs as you make your way through the forest trail.  Though most of the trees are bare, there are plenty of beautiful sights to make this hike worthwhile.
